How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all general enquiries within 24 business hours. For urgent startup support or technical issues with your course modules, please call our Wellington office directly.
Can I book a one-on-one session via the form?
Yes, select "Mentor Request" in the enquiry type. Our team will review your business stage and match you with the most suitable mentor for a 45-minute discovery session.
Are workshops held in person or online?
We offer a hybrid model. Most live startup workshops are held at our Cuba Street hub in Wellington, with a simultaneous live stream for founders based outside the capital.
How do billing and subscriptions work?
We offer both one-off course purchases and monthly growth subscriptions. You can manage all invoices and payment methods directly through your student dashboard.
